Skincare Tips For Summers

1. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water and fluids to keep your skin hydrated from within.

2. Protect from the sun: Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with a high SPF (at least 30) to shield your skin from harmful UV rays. Reapply every two hours, especially if you're spending time outdoors.

3. Cleanse gently: Opt for a mild, non-drying cleanser to remove sweat, oil, and impurities without stripping away the natural oils from your skin.

4. Exfoliate regularly: Use a gentle exfoliator to remove dead skin cells and unclog pores. However, avoid over-exfoliating, as it can lead to skin irritation.

5. Moisturize appropriately: Choose a lightweight, oil-free moisturizer that suits your skin type. Even if your skin tends to get oily in summer, it still needs hydration.

6. Use a hydrating face mist: Keep a facial mist handy to instantly refresh and hydrate your skin throughout the day.

7. Avoid hot showers: While it may be tempting to take hot showers, especially after sweating, hot water can strip away natural oils from your skin. Stick to lukewarm or cool showers instead.

8. Wear breathable fabrics: opt for light, breathable fabrics like cotton to allow your skin to breathe and prevent sweat from getting trapped against your skin.
